D.1 Technical Advisory Committee Recommendation

On May 11, 2022, the DLM Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) prepared and accepted a resolution endorsing the adequacy, quality of judgments, and extent to which the Year-End standards adjustment process met professional standards and recommended the adoption of the adjusted cut points.
